In this module we will look at who may work; on what condition a person may be rejected when they are looking for work, how they may be selected for interview for work; what may be legally implied and included in their contracts of employment; what their minimum terms & conditions may be; how they may be treated whilst at work; who and how they may be promoted; how and when they may be lose their job; where they may appeal and the remedies available should they feel the dismissal is unfair or discriminatory.

We will examine individual employment cases and outcomes and compare systems in different countries.
