teachlegalenglish Course Reading ObjectivesIntLawEnglish gives students lots of opportunity to read legal texts in English, both in class, as homework and via web conference. We teach students to read extracts from law text books and reference books, articles from law journals, legal correspondence and other documents, reports and web pages from the field of international commercial law. This will help familiarize students with the contexts of the texts they will meet in the exam and develop law-related vocabulary usage, improve students reading skills, by skimming - to quickly identify the content and relevance of texts, scanning - to locate specific details, and focusing on the complex arguments and opinions which detail the subject of the legal point. It will improve students time management skills by the use of practice reading material and developing familiarity with legal arguments and cases in various areas.
